Janelle's Legacy
Loosing a child is heartbreaking and the worst pain any one can suffer. Janelle's legacy lives in our hearts. Janelle's family is committed to honoring her spirit of community involvement, speaking at an event or attending an engagement to share her story and support the cause of raising awareness for this of this public concern.
Janelle was 19 years of age, starting her 2nd year as a pre-med Biology Major at Florida International University; she was an extraordinary girl who focused on community volunteerism through high school (Western High School, in Weston, FL) on through college at FIU and her sorority - Phi Sigma Sigma. As dedicated as Janelle was to the Greek community, she was just as dedicated to making a positive difference in the local Miami-Dade and Broward County communities.
